- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am newly engaged as of this past Christmas Eve. I was experiencing some issues with my ring, and the jewelry store where my fiancé originally purchased it was of no help. So we began to research other jewelers and found Frassanito Jewelers and have been incredibly pleased with how accommodating and helpful they were. Rachel was amazing and never made me feel pressured, even after I kept coming back 4 times to look! As someone with little to no knowledge of how to go about buying the perfect engagement ring, they made me feel comfortable from the second I walked through the door. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, educate me on every detail of every ring they showed me, as well as the technical terms they were using. I never once felt like I was being sold something, but instead felt like I was being listened to and fully involved in the process/decisions. To make a long story short...
