- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆What a let down! In the past 3 years my family has spent thousands in your store. We have had 3 custom diamond pieces made and so when 1 broke we knew it wouldn't be a problem to bring it in and have it fixed. I am astonished that you thought charging $100 for the fix was appropriate. As a military family, we live out of state and you then wanted to charge an extra $30 to send it back to back to us. You had no problem covering shipping when we first bought it. Whether it is a design flaw or an honest mistake by using the wrong chain, I would have expected better customer service to long time customers. I have never heard of a gold necklace breaking a gold pendant but you insisted it was obviously our fault. The funny thing is- my husband went in that day to repair the necklace and find a Michele watch. Unfortunately you have lost us and our family as customers.By Alexander Nunez, September 23, 2017
